Dentistry

  • Our dental services include scaling and polishing, Sanos clear coat polish, digital dental radiographs, teeth extractions, and minor oral surgery. If your pet requires more specialized care, we can offer a referral to a veterinary dentist.

  • Oral health is a very important part of overall health! Oral disease is the most frequently diagnosed health problem in pets.

  • Common signs of oral health problems include bad breath, loose teeth or teeth covered in tartar, pawing at mouth or face, red or swollen gums, drooling or changes in eating habits.

  • Most pets do not show outward signs of oral pain and discomfort. Unlike humans, they cannot tell us which tooth hurts! This makes a thorough oral examination and radiographs under anesthesia a necessity for our veterinary patients.
