Emily Pryor, DVM

Veterinarian/ Practice Owner

Dr. Pryor graduated from the University of Tennessee with her Bachelor's in animal science as well as her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She worked previously in a small animal practice in Asheville for 3 years before coming to Cope Creek Animal Hospital in 2014. Her professional interests include internal medicine and dermatology. In her free time she enjoys hiking, watching movies, and spending time with her husband and two children. Dr. Pryor has 3 dogs and 4 cats.

Erin Aiken, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Aiken grew up in Jackson County and is excited to be back home. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2009 followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from NC State University in 2013. After graduation she spent three years in Staunton, VA practicing large and small animal medicine before joining Cope Creek in fall 2016. In her free time she enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending time with her husband Jesse and their two children. Dr. Aiken's pets include two English Setters and two cats.
